GEORGIA ON MY MIND

Looking forward to going along to the Brooklyn museum to see this gorgeous exhibition of the Georgia O’Keefe’s wardrobe, personal belongings, paintings and of course portraits by her wonderful husband Alfred Stieglitz.

NESTING

Back from Paris, unpacked and having a nesting weekend. Just before I left I couldn’t believe my luck when I stumbled upon my dream Koch & Lowy brass floor lamp in mint condition on the side of the road in Greenwich Village. This weekend I’m adding this decanter by my friend Anna Karlin to the kitchen. Just perfect. Available from one of the most impeccably curated online stores,  Kindred Black.

BACK IN THE SWING OF IT

Back in New York, hard at it and feeling inspired. Shooting for Unconditional this weekend, working on Spring Summer for Matteau, then to Fashion week and beyond. Feeling very zen after such a great time with positive vibes and loved ones. Some of the things inspiring my right now.

LEFT TO RIGHT: From his series “Amid this Pist” by Mark Northwick. By Suffo Moncloa. Artwork by John Zabawa – “Tundra” 2016. The always awe inspiring Loewe campaigns by MM Paris with images by Steven Meisel.

AU REVOIR SUMMER

Just landed in Miami and back at work for the start of 2017! Its nice to be re-energised and inspired from all the sun and saltwater but I have to say I wish I could have stayed by the pool at my parents house like this for another few days…

FREE THE NIPPLE

A photo from “Tropism” by Ralph Gibson  that I took at my friend Christopher’s studio and put on Instagram (with pencil for safety) and still, 24 hours later they deleted as it didn’t fit “Community guidelines”. Just a post to say Fuck You to the people who report images like this and Instagram and the ridiculous fear of the nipple.

les essentiels

My favourite kind of outfit for winter – vintage jeans, a neat black blazer and the most perfect pair of patent ankle boots I’ve ever found. Merci Filippa K for creating the perfect wardrobe for the New York working woman!
